   Walking Thunder (Juanita Peters), Dine' Medicine Woman

   February 23-27, 2010 - We are blessed to have  Walking Thunder return to offer private energy work and healing - witness firsthand the art of her sand sculptures here in Santa Barbara, CA.

   Walking Thunder is one of the most unique individuals you will ever meet. She is the first medicine woman authorized by the Dine' Elders to speak about their traditional medicine ways after undergoing an extreme test involving no food or sleep.

   She has dedicated her life to learning and teaching the wisdom of the Dine' people. "Her prayers can awaken the thunder and cause the holy wind to enter the room. In her ceremonies my body has turned blue, shaken wildly, as my eyes observed lightning fill the room. I say these things as a testimony of her relationship with the Holy Ones."
